TransFreedom™ is a proprietary product from TransFirst™ that offers a single, flat-fee package of bundled monthly fees and services for as little as $79* a month. Our theory is that you are the expert on your business and how much you should pay for merchant services — and TransFreedom lets you decide what fee structure works best for you, based on your monthly processing volume and average ticket size.
If you're a retailer or mail order/telephone order (MOTO) merchant processing $20,000 or less a month, you're eligible to participate in TransFreedom. The offering is currently limited to merchants that are billed on a monthly basis; seasonal merchants are not eligible.

Here's an example to walk you through the process:
- If your average ticket size is less than $20, take a look at Chart B.
- An average monthly processing volume of $3,500 places your business squarely in Plan 2 on this chart, with a maximum monthly volume of $5,000. With TransFreedom, you can grow your business to that level and continue to process at the monthly flat rate of $225.
- During months when your volume exceeds your average, TransFreedom has got you covered with a built-in bonus volume of $1,000 so you can remain in Plan 2 and pay the same flat monthly fee.
- If you have a big sales bump and your volume exceeds original expectations, additional volume can be purchased automatically in $20 increments per $500 in processing volume. As a result, your business can grow and your original flat rate is maintained.
- If your business grows to the point that your average monthly sales rises above $5,000, just request a change to the next plan level — the TransFreedom savings will continue.
